Volunteers, programming & promotional, 96.5 Bolton FM

96.5 Bolton FM is Bolton’s local community radio station and we’re after volunteers to work both with our Presentation and Promotional  teams.

Our Studio’s are located in Bolton town centre and we’re proud to have a fantastic team of commited, friendly volunteers who always go the extra mile to produce first class local radio.

We’re after people who don’t just want to “Get on the radio” but  who are willing to represent the station at roadshows, conduct in house surveys, help out with production, and also contribute to a small element of admin and sales.

We’ve had volunteers who have gone on to work professionally in the radio industry and we can offer you a platform of progression as well as a chance to work with some fantastic people in our Programing and   Marketing teams!

Experience of conducting interviews and general presenting/producing is ideal, as is a basic understanding of the Myriad Playout Software and Adobe Audition (or other relevant editing  software).
