David Garrido - Presenter, Sky Sports News
David Garrido used to practice his sport presenting skills by reading off the ceefax when growing up. Since then, David has worked in both radio and tv. He spent 8 years covering sport for BBC Radio 1 and can now be found presenting on Sky Sports News. David has spoken to the Pips about how he got into sports presenting, his career highlights and his advice for those who wish to cover sport in radio.
Jonny Buchan - Sports Correspondent, Yorkshire Radio
Jonny Buchan was brought up 15 minutes from Elland Road, the home of Leeds United football club and also the place where Yorkshire Radio is based. Jonny covers all different manor of football teams across Yorkshire as well as different sports too. Steve Crossman - Sports Presenter
Steve Crossman is from the small North Yorkshire town of Guisborough. He began his media career by doing work experience at Boro TV, the television channel of Middlesbrough Football Club, aged 15 and was so inspired by the experience that he decided to pursue a career in sports broadcasting.
