Phil Korbel - Director of Radio Regen, Helping you get into radio

Phil Korbel started his radio career at the BBC and is now the director of Radio Regen, a community project based in Manchester. Radio Regen believe that community radio delivers skills, builds community spirit and connects communities to the agencies tasked to serve them in a way that no other tool can.

Training is a central part of Radio Regens activities and they offer several radio production courses in conjunction with The Manchester College which has helped people go onto achieve a career in radio.

Phil very kindly gave up some of his time to talk to the Pips about how he got into radio, what Radio Regen can offer you, the future for Radio Regen and his tops tips for people who wish to work in radio.
