Aziz Rashid - Head of regional and local programmes for BBC North West
Aziz Rashid is in charge of all local BBC programming, both tv and radio for the North West region of England. Aziz has worked for the BBC for 20 years and has worked his way up from the bottom. The Pips spoke to Aziz and you can hear from the clips below how Aziz managed to work his way into and up through the BBC to the role he now occupies.
